Donation/Sponsor Request

We receive donation requests from many outstanding and
amazing events and tournaments. We truly wish our budget
could accommodate every request that we receive. Such requests are budgeted quarterly. In order to be considered, we ask that you fill out the form OR submit a request in writing to the following address:

Please include a copy of your 501C along with details regarding
which organizations would benefit from your event.
Also, please indicate specifically what you are looking for.
(i.e. Tournament Prize, Monetary Donation, Raffle Basket,
Individual Items ect…) The more specific and detailed you are in
your request the better. We will then review the details to
determine if we are able to help your organization.
We will need a donor receipt for any donations given.
